3D printed lens cap
HP 3D High Reusability PA11

Material for flexible and durable parts with optimal mechanical properties. Developed for printing functional prototypes and final parts. High flexibility and impact resistance - ideal for prostheses, shoe inserts, sports equipment, flexible hinges, etc.

3D printed wing structure
HP 3D High Reusability PA 12

For printing solid parts with optimal technical properties. High chemical resistance to oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons and alkalis. Ideal for the production of covers, housings, durable or waterproof parts. Biocompatible - meets USP Class I-IV test criteria for contact with intact skin.

Printed worm gear
HP 3D High Reusability PA 12 Glass Beads

Thermoplastic with 40% glass beads offers high mechanical resistance and strength. Designed for functional parts that require high rigidity such as bushings, covers or clamps. It is also suitable for tooling and jigs for assembly and manufacturing.

Flexible honeycomb structure printed from BASF TPU material
BASF Ultrasint® TPU01

A multi-purpose thermoplastic elastomer from BASF specially developed for printing on HP Jet Fusion 5200 technology with very high elasticity, impact absorption and mechanical resistance. Designed for flexible parts such as sealing elements, damping layers and other flexible parts and components.

3D printed metal insert
Stainless steel 316L

Austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content, which is one of the most widely used materials for 3D printing metals. It has high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties.

Printed socket on the external facade
ASA

ASA is designed to produce UV stable parts with the best aesthetics of any FDM 3D printer material. Ideal for producing parts for outdoor infrastructure, functional prototypes and prototypes for automotive parts and accessories.

Printed element for electronics
ABS-ESD7

Electrostatically dissipative material with a surface resistance of 104 -109 ohms. The material is used for assembly tools and fixtures used in the manufacture of electronics and static sensitive products. It is often used for functional prototypes of housings, enclosures, housings and packaging.

Printed grommet for cabling
Kimya PC-FR

Non-flammable polycarbonate, meets the European standard for fire protection on railways EN 45545-2 and hazard class R1-HL3. It retains the favourable properties of standard polycarbonate, such as dimensional stability, high glass transition and high resistance to damage.

Printed air duct
ULTEM™ 9085 resin

Material with high temperature and chemical resistance and highest flexural strength. Meets FST (flame, smoke, toxicity) requirements for interiors in transport vehicles (trains, aircraft). It is used in the production of prototypes and final parts for trains, buses and aircraft.
