Service description
The precise print measurement service allows you to monitor the compliance of printed parts with manufacturing tolerances. Thanks to optical 3D scanners, we can measure the entire surface of a part and compare it with the input data (3D print model). The most common measurement output is a colour map that compares the original CAD model with the printed part.
Compared to point measurement, 3D scanning gives you a much more comprehensive overview of all defects. It is easy to detect deflections, scratches or other surface defects.
