Material for impact-resistant flexible parts.
Material description
A thermoplastic with high chemical and impact resistance and flexibility. Excellent chemical resistance and elongation at break values. It is designed for the production of individual prototypes, piece production of functional parts and large series.
Used in HP MJF 5200 3D printers, PA 11 parts are printed with high precision and resolution. Repeatability of production is also important to us. This means that the parts will have the same parameters the next time they are printed. The material is used by customers in various industries for 3D printing parts such as padding, prostheses, sports equipment, buckles, elastic hinges and so on.

Thermoplastic with 40% glass beads offers high mechanical resistance and strength. Designed for functional parts that require high rigidity such as bushings, covers or clamps. It is also suitable for tooling and jigs for assembly and manufacturing.
BASF Ultrasint® TPU01
A multi-purpose thermoplastic elastomer from BASF specially developed for printing on HP Jet Fusion 5200 technology with very high elasticity, impact absorption and mechanical resistance. Designed for flexible parts such as sealing elements, damping layers and other flexible parts and components.
