Postprocessing
We perform post-processing of prints according to customer requirements. We offer high-quality colouring solutions and surface smoothing using mechanical (polyshot) or chemical (vaporisation) processes.
What we offer
We utilise proven post-processing methods and proven industrial solutions. This enables us to achieve high-quality and consistent results.
The parts printed from plastic powder are grey. On customer's request, we normally dye them by dipping. As standard, we colour the prints black. The parts can also be painted to take advantage of a wider range of colours.
If you need the smoothest possible print surface, we offer the option of chemical smoothing - vaporization. In addition to high smoothness, it also increases the impact resistance of the parts and improves their washability and water resistance.
We offer mechanical smoothing of surfaces of 3D printed parts. Polyshot is basically the temping of the surface with fine paste beads, which reduces the surface roughness and at the same time preserves fine details.
